Self-Harm Recovery
If you or someone you love is struggling with self-harm, you will find no judgment here. Only a safe place, real clinical care, and a way forward.

The pain is real. So is the way out.
Self-harm is usually a way of coping with pain that feels like it has nowhere else to go. That part of you is not the enemy, and neither are you. In counseling we listen to what the pain is really about, honor what that part has been trying to do, and build ways of coping that bring healing instead of harm.
If you are in crisis right now, please call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. It is free and available around the clock.
You will receive a compassionate, trusting, and accepting person who does not condemn or judge what you are going through.
Master's level clinical training and experience that includes inpatient psychiatric care. This is work I am equipped for.
Together we build healthier ways of coping and reconnect you to hope, to others, and to who God made you to be.
